To maintain a well-organized and efficient community, we have established the following structure for late fees and violations. Please make sure to follow all community guidelines to avoid incurring fees.

Fee Structure:
Warning Letter: No charge (Initial reminder).
First Violation: $50.
Second Violation: $100.
Third Violation: $250.
Each Subsequent Violation: $500.

Please ensure that payments and community rules are adhered to in order to avoid escalating fees.
